Soya Pulao

Soybean is hailed as the most protective bean. Soy contains 40 percent protein. It has the highest protein content amongst plant products. Soybean is the only vegetable food that contains all eight essential amino acids.
I recently read on the pack of soyabean chunks dat soyabean has maximum amount of proteins as compared to other protein foods like meat and cereals....

I prepare a soyabean curry quite often.... and few times add it to the biryani aswell. I recently tried a soya pulao... it turned out so well so thought to share it on my blog. The recipe is very simple yet the end product is delicious....
