Bread rolls are an extremely easy to make snack which can be ready in minutes. We are not very fond of deep fried food... But when i prepare these bread rolls for evening snack.... the plate just comes back clean to the kitchen. May it be kids or elders... this dish is an absolute crowd pleaser.

So here is the recipe of Potato Bread Rolls....
Ingredients:
- 8 Bread slices
- 3-4 and medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
- 1 Meduim Onion, finely chopped
- 3-4 green chillis finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese(paneer) grated
- 2 table spoon fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 3-4 tbsp peanuts, crushed
- salt to taste
- 3/4th cup corn flour/corn starch
- Oil to deep fry
Method:
- Mix potatoes, onions, green chillies, cottage cheese, coriander leaves, peanuts, salt and mix well. shape them into even sized balls
- Mix corn flour and sufficient water and make a thick batter. Take some water in a bowl and keep it aside.
- Trim the edges of the bread slices, dip them in water and squeeze to drain all the water. Place a potato roll in the centre of each slice, roll and seal the edges.
- Heat sufficient oil in a pan or kadai. Dip the rolls in cornflour batter and slide them into hot oil and fry till golden brown. Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Serve the bread rolls with Mint and Coriander chutney.
